In Palu, Indonesia, a team of women operators is showing the world what inclusion in construction looks like. With a whopping 85% of articulated hauler operators on-site being women ✨ Meet Zahra and Rizka, two incredible women redefining what’s possible.
We flew to Palu, Indonesia from Seoul, Korea to capture this story for Volvo CE’s International Women’s Day campaign.
인도네시아 팔루, 맥마혼 광산에선 유독 눈에 띄는 지표가 있습니다. 바로 85%의 덤프트럭 오퍼레이터가 바로 여성이라는 사실입니다.
20대 오퍼레이터 Zahra와 매니저 Rizka의 스토리를 담기 위해 서울 인천공항에서 27시간 편도 거리의 현장으로 직접 향했습니다. 본 영상은 세계여성의날 캠페인 일환으로 제작되었습니다.
